A brief bug report regarding this quest.

The quest giver has a small typo, in the form of a missing space after a comma.

Fetching Diner should instead be Fetching Dinner (just another small typo).

Lastly, the bug that I most clearly remember, the monster in the lower area of the quest has the wrong voice set. It has the voice of a dragon when it is clearly not that type of monster.

Just FYI this is actually from a bug in a very common voice set override. The "Dire Rat" voiceset is over-written with a demon voiceset, it's common enough that we usually don't use the dire rat voiceset because of it.
